Vividstream Redesign

Vividstream Was Supposed to be a nicer version of streamate with much of the same functionality and layout, how ever you will notice when you go to www.vividstream.com/index.php vividstream is lacking much of what streamate has. I put together a list of everything that still needs to be completed on vivistream. Our Flash applets used for the streaming are almost completed but are still lacking functionality needed. Also our site was suppose to have a internal messaging system much like streamates that is not yet completed and will probably need to be recreated. Site -Email For models needs to be added and Intragraded Memebrs Cp area: -Member Cp home needs to be more detailed -Update FAQ'S that is for the models eyes only -The models profile on the members side needs to me edited and more detailed - View faviorts needs to be working -Member Pvt sessions should be .00 Not .003 on the cents Should only be 2 Digits - Take out Bank Wire We dont accept that - Opt out on emails, Newsletters on Members Cp home and through Email -Members Are not to see one another or be able to chat with other members in Pvt or Free chat. - Members should have a way to go back to "Live Models" without having to hit the back arrow - Be able to enlarge Cam in pvt - Model Applets are layed out to much like streamate this needs to be changed some. Model After Accepted To Site: - Payment for models needs to be more detailed much like streamates - Sign up more accurate, Detailed and easy to use - Models able to Ban, Kick, Block members, this needs to be layed out more like streamate in the flash applets. -Sound when entering Pvt and leaving Pvt and Light sound when entering Free chat but not when exiting Photo Gallery and Video Gallery Updated and working - All Choices in their Bio Should be in Drop Down Boxes Not fill in the blank - When Model is Offline and a menber Clicks on Her/ Him should Say something like on the bottom Others like these Models with Photos of online Models, Like streamate. - Should have in the pages how the site works, Bandwith specifications Info on the site Payment And Tips. This should be in the models FAQ'S - Able for the models to Choose their Bandwith - Schedule Needs work - Add a Model Refural for bringing a New model to the site after the new Model makes 100.00 The affliating model gets 20.00 - Cents on their Payments Should be only 2 Digits not 3 - Models are paid 50% on their Videos, Models should have a way to record videos from there Models cp and the video should be no less then 5 Min long. - More than one member shouldbe allowed in pvt at a time, Whom can not see one another For New Models Verfication - The Messages on the models thumbnail on the models list need to be taking off and replaced with a drop down like streamates. -All Choices in Drop Down Boxes - Default Bio Pics and Ids to reasonable size - Submit Agreements in Jpeg Or Gif Format On model profile prior to approval and an option for more than 1 Id ( For Couples) -Place to add studio Or where paymetn is going with detailed information - More Detailed Admin Pannel / Pannel - Payments section Needs to be totally redone We need to know what each model has with out having to look through the site this needs to be detailed as to whom the money is going to address Ect, For tax reasons this should be broken down similar to the payments for the models. - A place for view Bonuses and where we can give a bonus After the model makes 5,000 take home they atomatically get 150.00 that is theirs 100% - Bio Pics are on approval only Not to show up before they are approved - View all member cams doing 2 way cam to cam Admin to be able to type, Block, Kick, Ban members and models from live room - See what is going on in pvt not only in free chat - Option to be veiwable or visable to model as our choice - Able to deleate videos Under General - # of Models in Pvt - Add a girls catogory Payment Section (Admin) -More Detailed -Where is payment being sent Name, Address, Studio Ect... -Automatic When Model makes 5,000 they get 150.00 Bonus to their account which is 100% -Bonus section to see what models are getting bonuses and how oftern with a way to change it or add to it -After payment is sent we need to see names, Not Just model numbers, Check # payment ammount Time there should be an option to put this all in - If it is studio payment it needs to be marked as what studio by Email or Name and underneath What model is in their studio How much they earned toward the studio and total for the studio -Seperate models and studio models and how much in each persons account and what is in the studios acount Members List -Ability to change Information Password Ect... - Ammount in account next to details -Number of members online -Number of members registered on the site -What models that member got shows from and how much spent on each model and total ammount spent -Members in pvt shows and with whom Models List -Email link -What studio if any - Alpha order -Be able to edit anything in profile Studio Accounts ( Not Up yet) -Option for studio owner to Disable account, Delete , Add any model in their studio, please note models will still need to be approved and accepted like a reg model befor they can go live. -Option to sign up more models and submit paperwork -Studio Contract should be in there * See attached form - Need to be able to see what was paid out What they are making daily weekly ect just like payments for models - Each model should have a seperate profile in the studio account with 1 password for the studio login - Studio account should be by name or email for login and should have one passwprd for all models in their account Virtual Wallet - More Detailed This Should be done First -Block, Kick, Ban Options for Models -Members not seeing one another -More than one member allowed in pvt and not seeing one another -Sound when entering Pvt and leaving Pvt and soft sound when entering Free chat none to leave free chat -Upload Pics and Vids working -View Pvt sessions from admin pannel Also here is another list of what needs to be done with the flash applets. Please note That we have all the Flash Files, FLA's for the swf on vividstream.com and a main asc for the Flash Media Server on vividstream.net. Here is a List of what needs to be done to the Flash Applets that we know of. Maybe more needs to be done. Bug: Change Model Applet Sounds (Only play sounds when member enters/leaves private). Bug: Fix bandwidth restriction on model applet Bug: When member tries to enter into private with model already in private, it displays her cost per minute as NaN. Feature: Models need to be able to record sort shows of 5 mins or more. Member need to be able to purchase and stream down the show on demand. Costs will be set by model, payment ratios will remain the same. Bug: Password reset � enhance security and add field for studio ops to reset. Feature: Editing capability for members/models/studio ops in admin section. Audio chat on the Applets 2-way video chat on the applets Pop-up larger video window for private chat I think this just about covers it all. As you can see we are seeking to have a site much like streamate. And as of right now our site might be 60% complete compared to streamate. Thanks

Please only respond if you either have experience with viral email marketing or can come up with a realistic plan that is detailed in your PMB and shows you have an understanding of it(bids without a PMB will be rejected straight away). The project is a Zelda style scrolling (top view) game which is playable by multiple users. The winning bidder will have experience in Flash Media server and will have done most of this before. I have no problem with the delivered code being made up from examples that are freeley available, as long as it all works!I will need to have clear instructions once the project is finished, so that i can expand the created world and change / add interactive elements. I myself will create all signup/login code in ASP. A dynamic xml file can be requested to retrive users details, and I will also make a .asp page which can be used to change settings on the users account. All graphic will be added later, but should be as simple as replacing symbols in flash. In short, it's a cross between a avatar chat room and a zelda rpg. The project requirements are: - Easily expandable / changeable world. Perhaps a global XML file where I can add rooms as .swf files... adapded from a template that works perfectly. - Customizable characers. Choose from heads, bodys and a special item. All can have their color tint changed. -Simple chat. type in a box, and a message appears in a speech bubble above the users head. If the user that types is in the same room but not on the screen, the bubble will be show, with the tip pointing in the direction of the user. -Movement. The game will be playable with just the mouse, unless typing. Click where you want to go, and the character moves there. Clicking interactive objects gives you a list of things you can do with it. The screen is scrollable to the edges of the level. - Special effects Using Media Server, I'd like to add a few simple looking effects like footprints and moveable objects. Also. Some doors to other rooms may require 3 users to stand on buttons on the floor.

I prefer it written in ajax but whichever method you prefer is fine as long as it shows the status realtime. 2. The script currently only supports videos, i need image gallerys available. I want to be able to upload zip files of images which are then converted into a single gallery per zip file. File types allowed are jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp. Basically everything that videos have, images should have. 3. Currently the script does not allow you to download videos. I want to be able to upload a video, 20 seconds of the video converted to flv, and displayed as a preview instead of the full video. While under would be a link to the direct video for download with an image verification code to protect against direct linking to the file. 4. Under the video in the video page. I want an area with tabs. Thumbnail tab (default) displays 8 random thumbnails of the video along with a link to the page. Comments tab that obviously displays the video/image comments. 5. Under videos and images in their own page, i want 4x4 thumbnail rows of related videos in the same category as the video/image being viewed. 6. Currently while uploading videos, the script requires the user to manually upload a thumbnail. I want my video uploads to automatically generate 5 thumbnails of the video and display them as a single GIF. This preview gif will be used in the main page (as you see in the demo, a link over just displays a popup image) and in the video/image page were the related videos would be shown. For images,only the first image in the gallery would be displayed instead of a gif as a preview in related/home page. 7. In the home/related pages where video thumbnails are displayed, i want the runtime, rating, and download size displayed. Thats about it for now. Please only professionals. I would like to apply this concept to the scenic attractions and activities in New Zealand so that tourists can get a feel for what there is to do and see here before planning their holiday. Controls should provide for users to increase/decrease altitude; increase/decrease speed; turn left/right, stop at a point of interest and select a multimedia file (still image, web video or sound file) to view. Users can then resume their flight or restart from another location. Whilst stopped at a point of interest, users will see a ballon that carries a brief description of the poi and a link to add the current point of interest to their trip itinerary as well as a link to run the multimedia file (which should run in a thickbox window). icons for points of interest will include accommodation (places to stay), activities (things to do) and attractions (sights to see) which can be selected and viewed either separately (eg only sights to see) or all together from either the entire database or a subset of that database from pre-determined search results. Parameters such as min/max speed and min/max altitude need to be programmable. The design brief may optionally include the creation of an animated kiwi flying character that turns its head in the direction of travel, will flap its wings when gaining height and display a shadow to give an indication of height. Also required is a matching larger-scale animation to introduce users to the flight concept.
