I currently write 4 to 6 articles each week (these are written using an Elance service provider) and I use a VA to post these to 5 free article directories. I also have a number of lists with Aweber, which I maintain myself. My 1st impressions are that my marketing effort is "very poor" and is not bringing me the results that I anticipated. Nor do I have any formal reporting structure to review who is looking at my site, etc. I am seeking someone to crtitically review my 2 sites and marketing strategies and provide me with feedback, including a workable step by step action plan that I should follow on a regular basis to increase leads, conversion, sales and rankings. Your feedback will range from reviewing my blogs' design, offerings, rankings, reporting (ie hits, etc), SEO, etc. The following may help: I would expect that all strong bids will be able to demonstrate how they have turned other people's poor performing sites around. I would also expect that a strong bid will include how you propose to carry out this project and how quickly. I am open to any suggestions of a win/win situation on future sales after you have turned the sites around. For example: After you have improved my sites and marketing strategies, I'll share x% of future sales (after associated costs) within x months. I would expect your feedback to be documented in a report with the following possible structure: TOPIC (ie Product offering) Findings (some detail about what I currently do and what is good and bad about it) Recommendation (What you think I should do about it) Priority (Low/Medium/High) Budget needed (An estimate of how much it will cost to implement the recommendation) ...obviously as you will have done this many times before, you may have a better format, which I would happily accept.
